We thank Obama’s decision to single handedly address immigration; however, more needs to be done to resolve this global crisis. The US must attempt to solve the issues occurring in Central America, not independently but with the help of the UN, who possess the authority to intervene. Due to the complexities of deportation that involve minors, Central American children are unfortunately being detained like criminals. A bipartisan reform has to be passed which would resolve this national crisis. We request that this administration to derive reasonable solutions that benefit the nation and not a political party.
