Respected Mr. President,
I am writing this letter after several months of frustration and wait for action on the proposed rule (RIN: 1615-AB92) to grant EADs to spouses of H1B visa holders who had applied for permanent residency. I received my engineering education here in the States and have been an honest, hard working tax payer for the last 7+ years. My wife is a highly qualified physician who is forced to sit at home because of the current rule that doesn't grant any working privileges to dependents of H1B workers. The company that I work for had applied for a permanent residency but there is no progress on that front due to heavy backlog of applications for applicants of Indian origin. Please take action and grant hope to thousands of women and men whose lives are made unproductiv
