Take action to rescue "Colonel", the military working dog captured in a raid against the Taliban in late December 2013.

The Taliban has captured an ISAF military working dog (MWD) during a raid conducted by joint forces in Afghanistan in late December of 2013. The US should urge coalition forces to mount a rescue effort. Military working dogs are an important part of the War on Terror. They should not be seen as mere equipment; they are soldiers and deserve to be valued as such. This MWD should be considered a prisoner of war, and a rescue attempt should be made.
