The current practice of job outsourcing by American companies needs to come to an end. It is time to take a stand against the bad legislation of the past and put an end to this disastrous experiment. Reward companies who create and keep jobs in America while removing some of the shelters and benefits for companies who do not. In addition, require that any companies claiming to be American meet all wage, human rights and safety rules in overseas facilities in order to sell those products within the U.S.
