We have all been there at some point, whether your candidate loses an election or something just doesn't go your way, you get mad. On larger issues, that anger generally turns into protest-a constitutional right for American citizens. Sometimes however, these protests go to far, injuring or killing innocent people. Such is the case with the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. The best and saddest example of this can be found by watching the video of the Illinois man beaten by anti-Trump supports because he supposedly voted for Trump. In America, voting is a constitutional right, and is a sine qua non for freedom in this country. Voter intimidation does not stop after election day. We, the People call on the federal government to calm these protests and protect Us--the People.
