Take action toward a budget by: cutting benifits to Congress's elected members and the President.

The beneift cuts are to include but are not limited to:
- An immediate 50% pay cut to all of Congress's elected officials and the President.
- A cease to all "earmark" pay raises that are inserted in ANY bill submitted. Any bill that is submitted that contains one of these "earmarks" will not be considered if it contains one.
- In regaurds to pension for any of Congress's elected officials and the President, there is no longer a gaurenteed retirement, AKA "a golden parachute". They will have the option of contributing toward thier own retirement fund out of their paycheck, just as the rest of America would have to do.
