It is apalling that many states have seatbelt laws requiring drivers and passengers to wear seatbelts in passenger cars and freight vehicles, and yet none of our children are give a thought when it comes to their safety. Why is it our gov. sees fit to force adults to wear a "safety" belt when traveling? It is obviously not for their safety. It is for the revenue that the states receive from ticketing them.
This is an outright slap to the faces of the American people, it is disgusting and it needs to be rectified. Are our children not the future of this great nation? Are they not more important than the GREED of our gov.? I believe so, and given the FACT the gov. works FOR the people and NOT vice versa, WE DEMAND IT. Even the school bus drivers have seatbelts...This must change.
