Florida remains undeclared to either candidate in the presidential election due to unanticipated conditions on Election Day. Hopefully, governmental agencies who deal with crises involving the Constitution such as the U.S. Marshal and other agents of Federalism are concerned and taking action. This event is abnormal and perplexing. This is not the first time this occurred in Florida. Election infrastructure failure now has its own place in U.S. history.
