Take advantage of this solution that will initiate JOB CREATION and placate the right wing ultra-rich with tax breaks!

This is my solution to our country's ambivalence to giving wealthy "job creators" tax breaks by making them prove that they create jobs! This idea seems so incredibly simple that I wonder why none of our representatives have invented this ridiculously simple pathway to success. It will allow tax breaks for the wealthy without losing revenue and create jobs! We know that the Conservative advocates for the rich desperately need to placate the wealthy portion of their constituents with tax reduction. I propose that we DO give them these tax breaks with the following amendments. If a wealthy person can legitimately prove that he/she has created jobs in the public sector of our economy, then and ONLY then will they receive a tax break in an amount equal to the taxes gained by the jobs created!
