Take all the problems in america, and push them somewhere else.

It is obvious that at this point in American history the country as a whole has a great number of problems. So instead of wasting more of the tax payers money in futile attempts at solving them, we should instead take all of the problems and push them somewhere else. This would take less time, cost less money, and allow us to start focusing on more important things. Like double checking that Britain isn't still pissed about the whole tea thing.
