This sets a precedence for peace without erroneous faith based god(s) which has no precedence in fact via the bible or any religious text. Lands and rights to return to them should always be set by the current dwellers not the colonialist. Colonialist may purchase lands with out public humiliation of seller and never impose natural growth on native rights of said land and resources. Rights of native dwellers and or colonialist will not exceed 500 years in term. Any and all parties involved in false consequences and immorality shall be exiled from the said lands and imprisoned for life and forfeit all monies to return said lands to rightful condition prior to colonization. Any country(s) involved in forceful & immoral financial backing shall pay all restitutions to each native(s) families.
