"The right of the citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged..." - United States Constitution
As such, it must be stressed that a vote not counted is a right denied. A citizen intimidated or prevented from voting is a right denied. The vote of a non-citizen, which serves to dilute the votes of all citizens, is a right abridged.
We, the people, petition that all appropriate actions be taken, and appropriate oversight be provided to the States, to ensure that the right of the citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged for any reason, whatsoever.
Further, it is necessary that all appropriate actions be taken to deny voting, a right not granted, to non-citizens.
This petition is intended for all upcoming elections in perpetuity.
