After numerous institutions both in the private and public sectors of America being hacked by the Chinese, this must be taken seriously. The Dept of Energy being the latest target shows that America is taking a too lax approach.
This must be dealt with on both an offensive and defensive scale. Require these Departments, especially basic services of America (energy), to adhere to strict security policies to prevent this sort of attack from occuring ever again...
We also must let China know these sort of attacks will NOT be tolerated and action will be taken in response to these sort of threats...
