It would benefit the public of the United States to ban all third party sale of firearms. Any firearm to be purchased, sold, or traded shall do so under a FFL dealer. This would require all individuals to go under a mandatory background check. Any person caught buying, selling, or trading a firearm through a third party shall be punished by nothing less than a felony, in the federal and state courts, removing their right to bear arms.
