Take away all past medical debt and allow citizens a better chance for insurance and to be able to actually see a doctor

This petition is to help those with past medical debt get a fresh start when it comes to medical expenses. Many people are overwhelmed with medical bills, forcing them to file for bankruptcy, or making it very hard to see a doctor. Signing this would help many people get healthy and live better lives.
