Take Away Dress Code For Schools

I Go To G.A.R. memorial Jr/sr highschool . We have a dress code , we wear caki pants & a collard shirt . I don't think its right that we have to be forced to wear something you don't want to just to go to school , alot of children can even afford new school clothes every year . Children are getting suspended because of wearing a hoodie , or sweat pants . I disagree with the dress code , some of my teachers do also . In school we are supposed to express our selves , how can we do that when everyone has to look the same every day . There may be some kids that dress innerpropriate , but I'm not asking for full freedom to wear whatever you want , I'm asking to not be told exactly why to wear every day of my life , and spending so much money every year just to go to school .
