Take away the Presidents pay while America is in a major financial crisis

In 2001 the Presidents pay amount was increased to $400,000 a year plus $50,000 expense allowance. Thousands of Americans are out of jobs and can't pay their own bills.
This is what we pay for plus a whole lot more:
His house, food, travel, expenses, ulility bills, private schooling for his children, his vacations, clothing, and everything else that a person needs to live off of and like I said a while lot more.
However, while he is being fully taken care of and receiving nearly half a million dollars a year we are going even more in debt, houses being foreclosed on, and our taxes constantly being raised.
Then our taxes that they keep increasing can actually go toward those things instead of his wallet.
