Take away the right of the President to declare executive orders in the national government.

Created by R.F. on November 13, 2012

In the Constitution of the United States of America, it never states nor implies the President to have the power to place any type of legislation over congress. Therefore it is unconstitutional for the President of these united States to put in place any type of executive order.
