The Boston Bombing is just the latest example of how terrorists do not care one bit about who they hurt. If the United States is truly in a war on terror then it is long past time to start treating terrorists like the enemy combatants they are. If terrorists kill ANY Americans, and the terrorist survives,then the terrorists rights should be taken from them! No phone call, no speedy trial and most importantly no habeas corpus. Any and all methods should be used to get information from the terrorists. If the situation were reversed and it happened in any number of countries, then you can bet all of the above would surely happen. It is time to stop playing nice and start playing by the rules the terrorists have set down
