Someone should not be prosectued for something they do not know. In such a case as "Lack of knowledge of the juvenile's age shall not be a defense" in Louisiana State Law of Carnal Knowledge of a Juvanile. If there is proof that the juvanile has lied about there age the juvanile should be punished, not the person lied to.
