-1862 Emancipation Proclamation ends slavery though has clause implementing Martial Law as long as a war is declared every two years.
-14 years later BAR comes to America
-1933 HJR-192 references the citizens as slaves or chattel.
- Courts remove American Flags and Fly Admiralty Flags
-Admiralty flags negate the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
