Take back the Internet and enforce Net Neutrality.

Created by G.S. on January 15, 2014

We ask the President to direct the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to reclassify broadband as a telecommunication service to help enforce Network Neutrality.

Without Net Neutrality, internet access will become a tiered services nightmare, much like cable television.

In 2005, the Supreme Court affirmed that the FCC has the technical expertise to change the classification of the regulatory status of broadband.

By reclassifying broadband, the FCC will bring broadband back under their regulatory authority, addressing the concerns presented by the DC Court of Appeals, and allow for Net Neutrality to be enforced.
