Make federal and state governments practice governing laws and rules that meet fair standards of constitional rights. Just recently after me and my husband had vocally whistleblowing on our company about both bad unethical business practices that cheated our customers of a fair process of customer service and locations lying and manipulating customers to take coverage's and upgrades, & ancillary products. Even whistleblowing about unfair treatment for taking FMLA, for working overtime and being told I wouldn't be paid for hours worked. Most of these things come with only a 180 day time limit to file a complaint but most of the time an employee suffers the abuse and holds on for a length of time and totally unaware of his or hers rights until after being terminated employee googles rights.
