Take better care of the sick and homeless in the United States. The homeless need shelters and the I'll need care.

There are tons of homes that are empty or that could be renovated to serve as a homeless shelter so the homeless have a chance to get back on their feet. Also, the sick people in this country need proper care. Not doctors that just want their money or prescribe them medicine that does more harm then good. The way you are treated when you are I'll or in the hospital is degrading and tortuous. We need to have a care for those who need our help.
