settle all claims in a timely manner(12 months or less) ,not 10-20-or more years..
There should not be a universal rating for back pain as each persons pain is different and should be rated as such not just10%
If a veteran has a ongoing condition there should be no need to appeal several times to get compensation .
Ptsd when awarded should be from day of seperation as this is when the problem started if not before.
Mileage should be actual milage not from another location,we do not make our doctors appointment the VA does and with the cost of fuel we need it to be fair.
I fell its a Damm shame when we have so many veterans living at or below poverty level ,
the VA needs to improve thier reputation,they need to serve the veteran .not the bank account of uncle Sam.
