Removal of cannabis from schedule # 1 would allow it to be tested and distributed for medicinal purposes .
Also any state or its residents that votes or by legislation to approve the use of cannabis should not be hindered in any way. This would allow medical users to buy or grow their medication and be held harmless, while at the same time starting a new industry and bringing in additional tax revenue. It would also save valuable resources for Law Enforcement, the Courts, the Prosecution,the Clerk's Office,the Jail and Penitentiary System,and the Probation System, to mention a few.
