The government of the U.S.A shall divert all funds that would be given to foreign nations, back to the citizens of the U.S.A. in an effort to boost the economy, create jobs, further education and care for the sick and the homeless.
At no time shall any of these funds be used for any individual who is not a legal citizen of the United States of America.
In times of extreme cases like, natural disasters, wars, famine etc. the people (not the government) will be allowed to vote as to whether or not to help a suffering nation. At that time, the money or goods will be given directly to those affected, not to their government, not to any committee where they might siphon off funds/aid.
Help the people of this country first.
