Take Care of Our Own Citizens First - Taxpayer Dollars Must Be Spent And Used Within The Borders Of the USA First

The President and Congress should get our house in order / take care of US citizens first before sending taxpayer dollars outside our borders. Monies should not be sent to any other country until we have taken care of our own people. The billions of dollars sent to other countries every year could fund heathcare, feed the hungry, house the homeless, pay for education and reduce our deficit. A law should be created and passed that requires taxpayer dollars to go towards inside the USA expenses, programs and support. Only when US citizens have been taken care of first and the US government in good financial standing, then taxpayer monies can be provided to other countries.
