Many returning veterans & permanently & totally disabled veterans have come under increasing attacks by malicious & contemptuous State and Local Child Support agencies. They refuse to take into account that the disabled veterans will most likely not return to the work & that it immediately causes financial difficulties regarding it. Often with disastrous consequences to their lives. Then add unreasonable demands from CS Agencies and your adding to an already explosive or volatile PTSD phenomena. I have suffered this indignity since 1997 & have been on total 100% since but they refuse to change the way they calculate. They refuse to lower it or negotiate a lower amount. Paying 25% & I've seen some as high at 60% of their disability benefits to CS Agencies simply is to much! Protect US!!!!!!
