From couple recent shooting incidences from Colorado and Wisconsin in July, I do take these incidences as a warning signal to act of banning or controlling guns from civilian's hands.
I believe that many gun-related incidences from our society has been heralded by ordinary people who do not have any criminal records before. That leads me to this petition because a fine ordinary citizen could fall easily into a criminal activity because of guns in handy, especially when they have stressed out and were angry.
I believe these two consecutive gun-shootings in Colorado and Wisconsin seem to begin that our political leaders suppose to take an action on gun-controlling although it is now against the 2nd Constitutional Amendment. Also, the government has responsibility for innocent sufferings.
