I spent eight years in the United States Marines,my physical disabilities range from 1978 my hands inches away from grabbing an M-16 away from the throat and chin of a young Marine who has had PTSD diagnosis intact, as a sergeant instructor accompanied by another Sgt. instructor 1984 driven off the side of a mountain in a 3 ton truck, present-day diagnosis fractured vertebrae basin must go her spinal column bone on bone six vertebrae in tailbone several heal fracture bones throughout my body being denied for 20 years I am presently awarded 40%of my claim 60% of my claim has been in appeals for over three years.
