Take a definitive stand against bullying in schools.

This petition asks that bullying now be considered a legal offense with definitive consequences.
Education may be a right, but is it not an equal right to be able to learn in safety and without fear of harrassment?
When did it become permissible for behavior to violate the rights of others by doing them harm?
This petition suggests that people found guilty of this offense be permanently removed from the public education system.
After all, permitting this is like turning a blind eye to an abuser. If it were family, spouse, etc, this would not be forgiven. Why justify it with age when the results are the same?
We lose brilliant minds to suicide every year due to the close-minded, the ignornat, those who feel priviledged and can get away with this.
It's time for a change.
