Take Doctors licences that refuse treatment for any reason. Like "pain patients", or that require more time and effort.

Doctors are denying to even see me because i am a "pain Patient".
How can some one get a referral or treatment if they cant even see a doctor.
The only other way is to revoke there licences to force them to at least see you and treat you.
How many calls have You made only to be sent packing.
