Take Down the Al-Qaeda with a strategic attack,We always speak about taking them down,but we never perform our duty

Fighters in the country of Afghanistan and Pakistan have killed more people than in all of the Syrian Civil War.This is quite alarming that the US has proposals for war with big countries about how they will execute the chemical weapons reign of Bashar Al Assad.When Al-Qaeda and Taliban leading groups are still shooting and killing women,children,and men.I am just a civilian though,I can not make judicial decisions I am a Pakistani,with full blown pride,needless to say I feel the same about the United States Of America.The reign of these Talib’s is over and I am going to propose an attack that may or may not bring our troops back home.The US Has always been very strong on the topic of war,we say we will take the down Al-Qaeda yet we never do anything about it?
