Take down this site that provides a sense of false hope for government interaction to the American subjects.

This site represents a hollow ploy which is broadcasting the falsehood of the current American subjects ability to request change in the Government that currently occupies the country. The only thing this site is here to achieve is the perception of involvement by the issuing of a response by the current agency involved in the context of the "petition". I suggest just closing it down and stop wasting American taxes to maintain the site and pay the officials who write the responses.
