We all know that Democracy is an extremely powerful form of government if used in an appropriate manner. What good has actually come from the use of "We The People"? Petitions of worthy cause are e-signed by hundreds of thousands and whatever response is given in return is full of flaky promises and statements that usually just reaffirm what we know of the presidents policy already in effect!
Save your time and whatever shred of respect our representative democracy still has and refrain from participating in what could only be considered a glorified American Idol. It may have been a good idea in theory but the execution has been extremely poor and produced little to no result.
