I am concerned with the recent uptick in white nationalist extremism that I am seeing online which recently spilled out into public view with Dylan Roof’s horrific attack which killed nine people. Information has been obtained by several news outlets that Dylan was influenced by hate speech from websites on the internet.
Posts at sites such as www.lunaticoutpost.com , www.stormfront.org , www.godlikeproductions.com are praising this attack and are daily spreading a message of hate towards those who are different.
There has been a rise in posts at these forums calling for the murder of African Americans, liberals, homosexuals, transgenders, and anyone else who is different.
Mr. President, it is time to do something to stop the spread of domestic terrorist ideologies.
