Take drunk drivers off the road!

Please create a federal law which would take driving privileges from people who get behind the wheel drunk. They kill citizens every hour of everyday who do not deserve to die. Often times they are never injured, they leave the scene, they usually don't care. These people need to be off the street and behind bars. We need to get harder on this issue something has to be done at a federal level to get their attention. The states give them so many times to keep repeating their actions. When these people head to the bar it is with intent to drive home drunk that is no accident. They don't care who they kill or injure as long as they have their drink. They need to lose their license, they need jail time and so many fees that they wouldn't ever do this again.
