Former Federal employees of Iraqi nationality, still living in Iraq, have been killed while waiting for approval of their US immigration status, despite meeting all requirements for immigration. The Executive has failed to support existing legislation to expedite immigration of these supporters of the US effort in Iraq. We request that the Executive take steps to remove former US employees of Iraqi nationality from Iraq.
