take executive action requiring closely held corporations to disclose their religious beliefs to to their employees.

Created by C.D. on June 30, 2014

In light of the recent Supreme Court decision it is essential that current and potential employees be informed of any and all religious beliefs of closely held corporations that could impact the terms of their employment and employment benefits. Without a clear disclosure of these beliefs employees are entering into a contract without knowledge of the terms and restrictions.

We ask for an administrative order updating the required notifications from employers (as in OSHA, EEOC, USERAA) to include any religious beliefs that limit employees access to comprehensive heal coverage and any other limitations on employee rights and freedoms that the employer believes their religion requires them to impose.
