California High Speed Rail is not going anywhere soon. We (Californians) have been promised about new transport, but in the last 6 years, nothing has been done. Hyperloop is true high speed travel. We must look into how it compares to high-speed rail and look to see if tax dollars are being well spent. Why not spend money where it is best used?
