With "sovereign immunity" in place we, the People, have no vehicle by which to hold our government officials accountable for their ever-increasing violations of our constitution. Why should politicians be concerned about enacting laws that take away our freedoms as guaranteed by the constitution if they are immune from prosecution for doing so? Our government is fast becoming a predatory entity upon its citizens, and sovereign immunity prevents any of us from being able to redress our grievances and regain our freedom as it was intended to be by the Founding Fathers.
