Take fiscal policy away from politicians direct control and to instead create an organization like the federal reserve

This petition is to take fiscal policy away from politicians direct control and to give the task to an organization just like the federal reserve, made up of appointed economists and accountants. Politicians are no more trained in controlling fiscal policy than they are monetary policy. I'm not sure why we trust our government's fiscal policy to our politicians when it's recognized that they do not have the training in economics and finance, and accounting, to manage monetary policy. Managing an economy requires a certain skillset, and a PHD in economics, or being a CPA -- most of our politicians of course lack this background. And now it sadens me that our country's future is laden with so much debt because out country's budget is not in the right hands.
