In speaking out for the Small Business Owners of the United States I would like to initiate a petition that reflects the actions that D.O.L. are currently are taking or correctly stated "not taking." The claims from employees are seemingly being upheld as the actual truth while the employer is looke dupon as a villian without a better way to address the statement. There is very little review of the actual info requested from D.O.L.from the employer who has very little human resources to begin with in many cases. Should small business wave the white flag in surrender? Not I.
