The airports of the USA have had scanners for a while now, and there has been naked body scanners and pat-downs added to the security check points since. If you are selected, you are required to go under a search. This violates our right of privacy as dictated by the 4th amendment on the Bill of Rights. If, out of conscience for our privacy, we refuse to be felt up by security guards, the new regulations call for us to be arrested and fined. Just because someone refuses a strip search does not make them a terrorist. All it means is that they want their basic dignity and freedoms to remain intact. People are sent to jail for rape and molesting, yet nothing is done about pat-downs/naked body scanners in airports. Is this the start to us not having rights as dictated in the Bill of Rights?
