We The People of the United States of America Hereby PETITION the President of the United States of America to uphold HIS OATH of Office TO PROTECT AND DEFEND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA By Taking immediate Action to Protect America's Electrical Grid, Airlines, Maritime and motor vehicle fleets from EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse) Attack and Solar EMPs.
We petition the President to enact the recommendations of the Commission to Assess the Threat to the U.S. from Electromagnetic Pulse Attack, documented in the commission's reports here:

The cost of hardening America's electrical grid is well worth $2 Billion (the amount of annual aid to Pakistan) and will save 300 Million American lives and create thousands of new jobs.
