Take immediate action to stop the erosion of communities across America, thru training, education, mentoring, and action

Our youth are being jailed at a greater number than any other time in history. The cost of housing one prisoner is 22, 000 dollars a year. America spends more on Prisons than on Education. We petition the government to do the following:
1. Reinstate the CETA Program.
2. Create After-Care Centers for housing and employment after incarceration.
3. Partnership with businesses to mentor High School students and assist with Career goals.
4. Create and Assign "Going Forth From here" programs to support and advocate for teens and adults.
5 Make "The Devastation of Drugs and Gun use" an educational mandate in every High School, Jail, and Health Facility, etc.
This petition aides the Administration policies on building Infrastructures, Education, etc. for and with America. Help Our Children please
