We, the undersigned DEMAND action on the climate crisis that lays before us and humanity. This is no longer a situation where we can ignore those who present us scientific fact. Those that have turned peer reviewed science into questionable fact have turned the USA into a world laughing stock, while driving the bus that will destroy our environment, civilization and our planets ability to sustain human life. Our current emissions path brings us by centuries end: 10 degrees F higher temps, permanent dust bowl conditions in Southwest US, sea level rise by 1 foot in 2050, 4 to 6 feet in 2100; massive species loss, food insecurity, extreme weather and conditions as yet unimagined. We cannot afford inaction. This is an urgent call to reduce CO2 emissions now.
