To take Immediate, Definitive and SUBSTANTIAL action for Ukraine against the unlawful actions of Russian against her.

That Ukraine, many of her citizens living in the U.S., is a country of value, deserving of the assistance of the United States in the strongest terms, should expect the U.S. to take immediate and substantial action against Russian aggression, which is in violation of International Law by it's stationing of UNDESTINGUISHED TROOPS in a sovereign country, and forthwith demand immediate withdrawal, recall our Ambassador to Russia and station military assets in the Black Sea if requested by the Government of Ukraine. That Ukraine, a democratic country, has the right to the recent actions it has taken and shall not be invaded by ANY foreign country. This is like Georgia. We need to stand up to Russia before she takes over ANY country by force that it wishes.
