Whereas the White House on 4/15/13 defined terrorism as "any event with multiple explosive devices" and the President on 4/16/13 defined it as “any time bombs are used to target innocent civilians," we note that the President as Commander-in-Chief has ordered many terrorist actions by his own definition. Examples are U.S. attacks on wedding parties, funeral processions and villages which have been common. Therefore, we call upon President Obama to take the lead against terrorism by 1) immediately ordering the halt of all U.S. terrorism, including any U.S. attacks in situations where one may reasonably expect non-combatants to be killed or injured; and 2) ordering the halt of all U.S. military aid and weapons sales to other countries committing terrorist acts or supporting terrorism.
